Numerology: 14 and Accidents
On August 16, 2003, Randy Scott (14 expression), a.k.a. Randolph E. Scott (14 letters in name) was motorcycling down Moody County Road 14 when his cycle crashed into the rear door on the driver’s side of Bill Janklow’s speeding Cadillac. Randy was thrown from the bike and instantly killed.
I don’t know Randy’s birth date nor do I know his full name at birth. What I do know is that he commonly went by names that had the number 14 prominent in them and that former four-time governor of South Dakota, William John Janklow (right) was born with a 14 expression.
Accidents sometimes play a role in the destinies of some (but not all) 14s. The writer James (Rufus) Agee who was born with a 14 soul urge and 14 letters in his name was six years old when his father died in a car crash. He spent the rest of his life trying to understand his father’s absurd end. This quest ultimately led Agee to write the book he is best known for, A Death in the Family. Definitely partly autobiographical, the book explores how the death of the head of the family in a car accident affects those who are left behind. Agee himself died at the age of 45 of a heart attack.

Irving Berlin was born on May 11, 1888 with a life path of 14. To write both the songs “God Bless America” and “White Christmas” must have qualified this gifted composer for sainthood–for certainly, these two songs have brought happiness to millions of people and will continue to do so till the end of time.
Technically, Irving Berlin doesn’t belong in this section, but I include him here to give you an example of a 14 who lived to the ripe old age of 101 and whose life was not snuffed out by an accident. Irving Berlin

Some 14s have survived serious accidents.
Gloria Estefan Bob Dylan Barbara Mandrell
Singer Gloria Estefan was born on September 1, 1957 with a 14 life path. A tour crash let her with a broken back. Country singer Barbara Mandrell (14 expression) was involved in a major car accident in 1984. Music legend Bob Dylan (Robert Allen Zimmerman – 14 soul urge) had a nearly fatal motorcycle accident in 1966, after which he withdrew from public life for a time of seclusion.
For some 14s, an accident serves as a catalyst for a major change in consciousness, often setting them in a new life direction. Rap star Tracey Marrow, aka ICE-T, was born on February 16, 1958 with a 14 life path. He was injured in a car accident in 1986, when his Porsche 914 was broad sided by another vehicle. The car accident later served as a turning point in his life where he focused his skills on rapping and producing albums.

A good sex life is important to all 14s, but that doesn’t mean all 14′sre love-em and leave-em types. 14 is actualy a lucky number, as people born on the 14th are good at taking risks and extricating themselves from difficult situations. A 14′s job is to learn from his or her experiences and not repeat the same mistake over and over again. 14=5 the number of freedom and many14s correct misuses of freedom in this world. George Washingon, Abraham Lincoln, Thomas Jefferson are 14s who furthered the cause of freedom. 14s can be innovators like Albert Einstein, Ingmar Bergman, Bob Dylan. Film directors Steven Spielberg and George Lucas have 14 in their numbers and their action/adventure films like Indiana Jones series reflect the themes of 14, as do the Spielberg films Schindler’s List, Armistead,and Color Purple. 14s also have a talent for acting and they would make good stock brokers as well. Yes some 14s have great sex appeal, like Julie Christie, Halle Berry, and Faye Dunaway. ..not so though with Thelma Ritter, and Jack Benny.

My brother died in a motor vehicle accident, at only 23 years old, this past January 14, 2010. I came across this website when I ran a Google search for the date of his death. I am not sure why I ran a search. I was probably just searching for some meaning in what feels like such a random and very painful thing. Perhaps I was hoping that the numbers would add up in a meaningful way. I admire the way have freely shared your knowledge on this website. Thank you.
